Mason + Fifth had a strong brief and clear vision for their brand. We have interpreted this into the core of the spaces, through choices in material, colour, form & function. 

Our goal with The Italian Building is to bring the quality of familiarity and soul into twenty eight compact living spaces. The use of material to add layers and texture along with clever joinery ideas has made the studios a place like home. We put a high value on good space planning and we love how the rooms feel. 

Working with the building we continue its iconic look throughout the interiors. We have sought to give a sense of function and flexibility in the lounge. Using a simple palette, but one that comes alive with clever use of colour and material to create a space the has an innate life and movement to it. 

The thoughtfully curated lighting, furniture and dressing is a collection of antique, vintage and high-street pieces, just as you would find in a lived-in home. These final touches bring a character to the rooms in a way that feels both stylish and complete whilst allowing room for the future resident to bring their own personality into the space and put their stamp on it.
